Payment 1: 50%
By bank transfer, with proof of payment. As soon as it arrives, your project gets moving that same day.

You send us your content
Texts, photos and contact details, with our simple guide. If anything is missing, we tell you the same day, listing exactly what.

We build and publish in 7 calendar days
The clock starts when we have complete content and payment 1 (10 days for multi-page). Calendar days: weekends count. And you never wait in the dark: you will watch your website take shape day by day, with visible progress until delivery.

You see your website live and pay the rest
Payment 2 after seeing the site on its domain. Then one included round of changes, delivered within a maximum of 7 calendar days.

Full handover
You receive the project email account, every password and the access codes with a mini-guide. The domain and the site are yours; you can revoke our access whenever you want.
Performance guarantee
Your website scores 95 or more out of 100 in all four Lighthouse categories (performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO) and passes agentic browsing at 3 out of 3, measured on mobile against the production URL.

Desktop
If we are late, we pay
If the studio misses the deadline through its own fault, we apply a 25% discount on the total, upon written claim by email. Published here so you can hold us to it.
And if payment 2 never arrives
Without payment 2 within 14 calendar days, the site is unpublished (with written notice). After 60 days it is deleted and the domain released. After handover you can ask us to remove all access, or change the passwords yourself.
New domains only
We always work with a brand-new .com domain, bought at registrar cost and managed by the studio; the yearly renewal is on you. Already have a domain, or want to migrate a site? That's a custom quote: tell us in the form.
Your accounts, set up properly from day one
For every project we create a fresh email account that anchors every other account, with your written authorisation. We never link your phone or use SMS verification: where a second factor is required we use TOTP codes, and at handover you receive email, passwords and codes with a mini-guide.

- German company with a valid intra-EU VAT number: €325.00 without VAT (reverse charge), in two payments of €162.50.
- Private client in France: €390.00 with French VAT (20%) applied automatically.
- The same client later adds the Care Plan: €87.00 + €18.27 VAT = €105.27 per quarter.
