What is stored on your device
- lang (cookie)One yearRemembers the language you pick in the selector, to take you there next time. Only created if you choose a language.
- pais (cookie)Thirty daysStores the billing country so we can show the tax that applies to you next to each price. It is created with the country detected by the hosting provider and you can change it in the tax selector.
- pais (local storage)Until you delete itThe same preference, so the form comes pre-filled.
- avisoPrecios (local storage)Until you delete itRemembers that you already closed the price notice, so we do not show it again.
- encargo (local storage)Until you delete itStores in your browser the request you just sent so your three documents can be generated. It never leaves your device.
- Provider technical cookiesSession or a few hoursThe hosting provider may create security cookies to tell people from automated programs. They are strictly necessary to protect the service.
What a cookie is, and what local storage is
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser and receives back on every visit: it remembers a preference so you are not asked again. Local storage does something similar, but the value stays on your device and is not sent with every request.
Ours are all first-party — set by this domain, not by a third party — and all technical or preference related. There are no advertising, profiling or social network cookies, and none of it is shared with anyone.
Why you do not get a consent banner
Storing information on your device requires consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive — implemented in Spain by Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 and in the United Kingdom by Regulation 6 of PECR — except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested. Remembering the language you picked, the country that decides which tax you are shown, or the order you have just submitted falls squarely within that exception.
Since there is no cookie-based analytics, no advertising and no third parties, there is nothing to consent to. That is why there is no banner: we would rather not interrupt you with a decision that changes nothing.
Nothing is shared or used for advertising
None of these entries is shared with third parties or used for advertising. All are necessary for the service you requested or to remember a preference of yours, so they do not require prior consent under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Visit measurement uses no cookies
Visit measurement uses the hosting provider’s own cookieless analytics: it creates no identifiers, does not follow people across sites and builds no profiles.
How to delete everything
You can delete all of the above from your browser settings at any time, or browse in private mode. Deleting it does not prevent you from using the site: at most you will see the price notice again and will have to choose language and country once more.
How to delete or block them in your browser
You can delete and block anything stored on your device from your browser settings: in Chrome, Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data; in Firefox, Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data; in Safari, Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data; in Edge, Settings → Cookies and site permissions. Private browsing also leaves nothing behind once you close the window.
If you block them the site still works: it will ask for your language again, it will show the tax for the country your connection suggests, and the price notice will reappear. The only real loss is the order documentation saved in your browser, because we hold no copy on any server.
Changes to this policy
If we add a cookie or a local storage key, it will appear in the table above before it is used, with its duration and purpose. We review this page every six months. The applicable version is the one published here, with the update date shown at the top.
