Website design for personal trainers
A website that works while you train: it explains what you do, filters who gets in touch and turns followers into paying clients.
What your site really needs
Your services with prices, or at least a range
Single session, packages, online, at home. People who arrive knowing the price arrive decided; people who don’t, ask and leave.
A reason to trust you before meeting you
Your qualifications, your years coaching and the kind of client you work best with. You don’t need to show off: it just needs to be clear.
Where you train and how far you travel
Your own studio, a partner gym, clients’ homes, outdoors or online. With the area written down, the person forty minutes away doesn’t message you and the one next door does.
Where your job ends
A trainer programmes exercise, not diets: meal plans belong to registered dietitians. Saying so on your site doesn’t lose you clients; it wins them, and saves you trouble.

Frequently asked questions
Can I take bookings and payments online?
Bookings, payments or user accounts need a database, and that is no longer a fixed-price website: it is a custom quote. What we do at no extra cost is link your site to the booking tool you already use.
Does it work if I only coach online?
Even better: with no gym to visit, the website is the only thing a client can look at before paying you. In that case we strengthen the method and results sections.
What if I already have a domain?
We work with a new domain because an old one drags the process out with checks and migrations. If you want to keep yours, it is a custom quote: tell us in the form.
How long does it take?
10 calendar days from our sign-off on your documents and your first payment. Weekends count.
