Website design for real estate agents and estate agencies
The website that wins sellers isn’t the one that shows listings: it’s the one that explains how you sell.
What your site really needs
Your area, by name
The neighbourhoods and towns you cover. It is the search a homeowner makes: “sell my house in…”.
How you sell a home
Valuation, photos, listing, qualified viewings, offers and completion or closing. A written process is worth more than any slogan.
Your fees, or how they are calculated
You don’t need the exact percentage, but it should be clear what is paid and when. A seller who understands your fees signs with less back and forth.
Who you are
In this business trust is personal. Name, face, years and why that area.

Frequently asked questions
Can you connect my website to our property CRM?
Publishing listings from a CRM needs a database and syncing: that is a custom quote. Linking to your portal listings from the website is included.
What if I want to show my properties?
A manual selection of three or four featured homes, updated with maintenance, fits. A full property search is a different project.
Does it help win buyers?
It does, but the real return is in winning sellers: that is where the portals don’t compete with you and where your commission is.
Can the website be in another language?
Two languages are included in the price; a third and more cost €25 each. In areas with international buyers it is often the difference between winning them or not.
